The foundation for the C3 is the incredibly detailed yet powerful twin 6.5” magnetically shielded midbass woofer array that works in unison within a sealed enclosure (suitable for restricted placement requirements) to produce a low-frequency response that defies the C3's slim TV-top footprint…and with none of the CRT distortion effect that you may be used to. However, the real prize-winner in the C3 is the innovative 50mm dome midrange driver sitting all alone dead-center in the C3 cabinet. This incredible driver gives the C3 the ability to reproduce the most subtle dynamics – the only way to reproduce the incredibly demanding audio range of vocal dialogue (90% of a center channels duty) that brings your theater to life. Complimenting this midrange is the same 1” Ferro-fluid cooled German silk dome tweeter found in all Diva models – mounted in this application within a low-diffraction housing that further extends its flexibility in placement configurations.
